The service was created by three former PayPal employees one of them is Steve Chen. Mr. Chen was born in 1978 in Taiwan and decided to migrate to the United States of America when he was only 15 years old. Mr. Chen educated at University of Illinois and after studying he decided to work in PayPal, where he met his fellow co-inventors and co-founders Chad Hurley and Jawed Karim.
